Reservation Policy

Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance

All guests MUST include or message Austin Condo Hotel their Estimated Time of Arrival
Check-In times are 4:00pm - 9:00pm
Check-Ins after 9:00pm will be considered a no-show and guest will be charged for full stay.
Rates do not include 17% tax
Rates do not include $100 per stay cleaning fee
Incidental Deposit of $250 required for each room prior to check in. Refunded after unit inspected after check out.
Parking is VALET ONLY

Must have valid ID and be at least 21 years old
Property is non-smoking
Items left in room will be held no longer than 7 days
Items left in fridge will be thrown away immediately after checkout
No lifeguard on duty at pool
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up till 5 days before check in for full refund. After that, cancellation fee is 50% of total nights not stayed and/or 100% of all stayed night plus 1 extra night.
