Hotel Policies

​Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance

  • All guests MUST include or message Austin Condo Hotel their Estimated Time of Arrival 
  • Check in time is 4:00pm. To check in, guests must complete the Mobile Check-In sent to them prior to arrival.
  • Check out time is 11:00am  Every 30 mins after 11 am incurs a $25 fee until 2pm after which the next night room rate will be charged.
  • Rates do not include 17% tax 
  • Rates do not include 5% processing fee
  • Rates do not include $120 plus tax per stay cleaning fee
  • Rates do not include $35 plus tax per stay resort fee
  • A refundable Incidental Deposit of $500 required for each room prior to check in. Refunded after unit inspected after check out. 
  • Parking is VALET ONLY and is $40 per vehicle per night
  • Must have valid ID and be at least 21 years old
  • Property is non-smoking
  • Items left in room will be held no longer than 7 days
  • Items left in fridge will be thrown away immediately after checkout  
  • No lifeguard on duty at pool 
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up until 5 days before check in for full refund. After that, cancellation fee is 50% of total nights not stayed and/or 100% of all stayed night plus 1 extra night.
