Hotel Policies

​Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance

  • All guests MUST include or message Austin Condo Hotel their Estimated Time of Arrival 
  • Check-In times are 4:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Check-Ins from 9:00pm - 11:00pm will be considered a late check in and subject to a $50 fee
  • Check-Ins after 11:00pm wlll be considered a no-show and guest will be charged for full stay.
  • Check out time is 11:00am
  • Rates do not include 17% tax 
  • Rates do not include 5% processing fee
  • Rates do not include $120 per stay cleaning fee
  • If guest loses keys, guest is subject to a $25 fee.
  • Incidental Deposit of $500 required for each room prior to check in. Refunded after unit inspected after check out. 
  • Parking is VALET ONLY 
  • Must have valid ID and be at least 21 years old
  • Property is non-smoking
  • Items left in room will be held no longer than 7 days
  • Items left in fridge will be thrown away immediately after checkout  
  • No lifeguard on duty at pool 
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up until 5 days before check in for full refund. After that, cancellation fee is 50% of total nights not stayed and/or 100% of all stayed night plus 1 extra night.
